Classes

I offer energy clearing meditation classes for people who want to learn techniques to release unhealthy energy patterns from the body and mind. Sometime in life we take on others people's energies unknowingly. In my classes I teach people how to resore thier own unique energy vibration, and release unnessasary constricting energies that may have been taken on from other people's beliefs and energies. By taking a class and regularly being in a group healing environment, a person has greater ability to create a regular meditation practice at home, which in turn creates more self attunement, better access to inner wisdom, healing energy and self empowerment. We all have all the answers inside, but sometimes our inner knowing is blocked by other people's truths (and literal energy) that we have taken on. The meditation technique I teach helps a person to tune into thier own deeper knowing, letting go of shoulds, fears, and false beliefs, and tuning back into thier own inner wisdom and knowing.
